{"id":91,"date":"2019-08-25T19:38:11","date_gmt":"2019-08-25T19:38:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pentanux.com\/?page_id=91"},"modified":"2022-04-29T11:55:25","modified_gmt":"2022-04-29T09:55:25","slug":"nuestra-historia","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/pentanux.com\/en\/nuestra-historia\/","title":{"rendered":"Our story"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"translation-block\">Pentanux is the fruit of an innovative idea in the cultivation of almonds, using the <a href=\"http:\/\/cebasfruit.com\/almendros\/penta?lang=en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\">Penta<\/a> variety, created in 2007 by Federico <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Dicenta  (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.laverdad.es\/murcia\/cientifico-murciano-federico-20190504174723-nt.html\" target=\"_blank\">Dicenta <\/a> at CEBAS - CESIC in Murcia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"227\" height=\"88\" src=\"https:\/\/pentanux.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/cebas-logo.png\" alt=\"CEBAS\" class=\"wp-image-257\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>This variety needs exceptional conditions to develop its sweet and creamy taste, conditions known to the Garc\u00eda - Hern\u00e1ndez family, a family of farmers who in previous generations had cultivated the almond in a traditional way in dry land.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The current generation has considered moving this crop to a privileged irrigation area in the heart of the floodplains (Vega de Toro). <a href=\"https:\/\/pentanux.com\/en\/tierra-de-calidad-en-la-vega-de-toro\/\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"Vega de Toro (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"rank-math-link\">Vega de Toro<\/a>This decision was made after a research work, which took into account the composition of the soil, the microclimate of this area of the Duero, the sustainability and respect for nature and the use of the most advanced technology for its cultivation.
